TAXES & CUSTOM DUTIES - International orders will be shipped with ThaiPost, EMS World, or DHL (unless otherwise stated). All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is ultimately determined by your local customs authority and we do have control over this matter. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please consult your country’s customs office. Our product price is not include import duties of the destination country. We can help you track the package during its transit, but we will not responsible for any shipping fee of the returned shipment caused by unpaid duty or undelivered address. We can only issue a custom declaration only as the value as you purchased.
Local orders will be shipped with couriers such as ThaiPost, Kerry Express, or Lineman. From time to time, we may change the aforementioned couriers for the best option without prior notice. If you would like to specify the service carrier, please inform us in "note to seller" section before you checkout to payment step.
FULL NAME & COMPLETE ADDRESS - Sometime the delay or the package returned to our stores caused by a wrong or missing postal code, road name, an error typing of house number or addressee names. Always fill all the requirements and recheck everything again before you place the order, and please fill in English / Thai / Simplified Chinese text.

URGENT SHIPPING - If you would like to get your package as soon as possible. We regularly ship with EMS World or DHL for sure delivery takes 3 days for most countries, but takes up to 5 days to some remote area countries.
