90 DAYS WARRANTY AGAINST BREAKAGE
Rosemanclub® Branded Eyewear FRAME ONLY
Rosemanclub® warrants our eyewear against breakage due to defects in material, internal defects, and error workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase stated on the warranty document given when you made the purchase. Warranty covered for the product purchased at Rosemanclub Flagship stores and purchased online from our official websites.
If the frames are returned within the warranty period, and Rosemanclub finds that the breakage was due to a defect in material or workmanship under warranty, the frames will be repaired or replaced at our option, as determined by Rosemanclub personal. Then returned to the customer. All claim products are required to show the warranty card with specified date of purchased.
Cases are NOT covered under warranty;
(A) Customized prescription lens,
(B) Scratched lenses and frames are considered normal wear,
(C) Breakage caused by misused from regular practices or from improper cares when not wearing.
FREE Lifetime service for general maintenances;
(D) Frame adjustment,
(E) Deep cleaning service,
(F) Screws spare parts,
(G) New plastic nose pads replacement,
In the event that the damage is not due to a defect in material or workmanship additional repair charges and labor fees may apply, and you will receive a notification of additional charges on invoice through email or postal letter.
Rosemanclub is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Shipping fees are non refundable and customers are responsible for any charges incurred shipping product back to Rosemanclub headquarter store.
Rosemanclub is not responsible for products purchased at specialty retail, optical shops, or from non-official distributors. We're sorry, but unfortunately we cannot accept a claim that purchased at other shops. Your product must be returned to your original place of purchase, and is subject to the individual shop's policy.
